Accommodations
  A
ll condos are individually owned and distinctly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen.
  We offer condos with either a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico or the
Intracoastal
  Waterway
. Rates for 2 BR are based on four occupants and rates for 3 BR are
  based on six occupants. Charge for extra persons. Maximum 2 extra.


Minimum Length of Stay
  Seven night minimium during Winter Season, Memorial, 4th of July and 
  Labor Day Holidays.           
  Four Night Minimum during Spring, Summer and Fall Seasons. 


Reservations
  Every effort will be made to provide the condo of your choice. However, we
  guarantee the type of accommodations selected, but cannot guarantee a
  specific condo or floor.


Reservation Deposit
  Advance deposits are required for all reservations. Reservations will be cancelled
  if deposit is not received fourteen days after reservation is taken. Reservations will
  be confirmed upon receipt of $200 (US funds) per condominium, per week of stay.


Cancellation and Deposit Refund
  Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date will be charged $25
  handling fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit the
  entire deposit.

Security Deposit
  An open credit card is required as a security deposit. Upon arrival guest must
  inspect the condo for any damage or maintenance needs and immediately report
  those items to the Reservation Center.  After check-out and inspection of the
  condo, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.


Rental Payment

  Full payment is due upon arrival. All payments must be in US funds. Travelers checks,
  cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted.

 
Money Exchange
  
We do foreign curency exchange at competitive rates.
 

Check-In Time
  Check-in time is 4:00 PM at the Reservation Center. If you anticipate arrival before
  4:00 PM, please notify the Reservation Center in advance and every effort will be
  made to prepare your accommodation for an early arrival. However, we do not
  guarantee availability before 4:00 PM.


Check-In Late Arrival
  The Reservation Center is open until 5:00 PM (4:00 PM Sunday), EST. If you
  anticipate a late arrival, please call us to make special arrangements.

Check-in Procedure
  Check-in at the Reservation Center,  1/2  mile north of Holiday Villas II,
  19823-A Gulf Blvd. Guests will receive keys, parking permit, Rules &
  Regulations, 'goodie bag', and other information.

 
Key Deposit
  No key deposit is required. However, there is a $50 charge for lost keys.
  There is a $25 charge for after office hours lockouts


Check-Out Time
  Check-out is 10:00 AM. Please return the keys to the Reservation Center.
  Based on availability, arrangements may be made in advance for late check-out.
  Additional charge for late check-out.


Telephone
  Each condo has its own private phone with free local calls. 
  Long distance calls may require a pre-paid Calling Card.


Housekeeping
  Fresh linen and towels are provided every eight days for stays of 28 days or more.
  Extra linen/towels are available for a fee.


Laundry
  Washers and dryers are located on each floor adjacent to the elevator.
  Laundry hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.


Trash Removal
  Please bag and remove trash from the condominium on a daily basis.
  Trash chutes are located next to the laundry rooms.

  Report any maintenance needs to the Reservation Center at (800) 506-0355.

Pool
  Pool hours are 9:00 AM to dusk. Please abide by the rules posted in the pool area.
  There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany all children. Floats or other
  objects are not allowed in the pool. All persons, regardless of age, must wear a
  bathing suit. Children in diapers are not allowed in pool. Stereos, radios and other
  electronic devices are not allowed unless used with earphones. No glass of any kind
  is allowed in the pool area.


Pet Policy
  Please – No Pets


Parking
  One assigned parking space is provided for each condo. Hang the parking permit
  on rear view mirror. Additional parking is available across the street at Tiki Park.
  Boats, trailers and other watercraft are not permitted. Local marinas offer short and
  long term storage. Vehicles without a parking permit may be towed, without notice,
  at owner's expense.

Guest's comments are valued.  Please complete the Comment Card and return
  to the Reservation Center or leave on the kitchen counter at check-out.

  Shortly after check-out, an email will be sent inviting you to write a review about
  your stay. Your comments and experiences will be posted on TripAdvisor.com,
